Is a grant a business plan?
No, and we say this upfront with every client. A grant is not a business plan and it should not be the only thing keeping a project alive. What a grant can do is move a specific project forward: a new program, a piece of equipment, a research phase, or a season of operating support. We help you use grant funding for what it does best.
Can you guarantee we will win?
No one honest can guarantee a grant award, and we will not tell you otherwise. What we can guarantee is a well-researched match, a carefully written application, and a process that gives you the strongest realistic shot.
Do you take a percentage of the award?
Never. We work on a flat fee for our time, which keeps our pricing compliant with funder rules and keeps our focus on writing the strongest application, not the biggest number.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the grant. Some applications can be researched and drafted in a couple of weeks, while larger federal or foundation grants often need a longer runway. We will give you a realistic timeline once we know the opportunity.
We have never applied for a grant before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our clients are new to the process. We walk you through what is needed, gather the details in plain conversation, and handle the technical writing ourselves.
